Card payments processed through Practice Pay currently post to the head of house, even if the patient is selected when posting the payment. The payment needs to post to the correct patients ledger. Having to go back to the ledger for the head of house and change the payment to the correct patients ledger is time consuming and does not allocate the payment correctly.
