Put BACK the Social Security box for New Patients!! That feature always stopped a duplicate record from being created. In the newest version 25.11.1 - this box was removed and now we have to search patients records in a completely separate location, then go back and have the patient give the info again to create a new record. THIS MAKES NO SENSE! It doubles the work, the patient has to repeat themselves and it's just time consuming! PLEASE PUT IT BACK!!!
