After the update with the New Patient version the NON- Patient status option has disappeared and the system has converted all those people to New Patient - which they are NOT, we need the option to have a non-pt status for people that are just insurance holders, people who never came etc. The fact it changed all of those non-pts to NEW pt is a huge problem for keeping accurate stats and knowing what their true status is.

I agree 100% not all family members are new patients. Some are non patients who hold the insurance. It really is not accurate tracking for new patients.
