Since the recent update, we’ve encountered a few changes that have impacted our workflow efficiency:
Unable to Mark Parents as Non-Patients
When adding a parent (as a plan holder or primary contact), we no longer have the option to designate them as a non-patient. This forces us to incorrectly add them and provide a referral source, which is misleading and complicates records.
Loss of Last Name Auto-Populate
Previously, the last name would auto-populate when selecting “Add to Existing Family,” which saved time and reduced entry errors. This functionality seems to be missing now.
Phone Numbers & Address Moved to Second Page
Contact details like phone number and address used to be accessible on the same page when creating a new entry. The change to a second page has disrupted our tab-through flow and slowed down the registration process.
These changes have made the system less intuitive and more time-consuming for front desk staff. We kindly request that these features be reinstated or improved to restore our previous workflow efficiency.
I agree 100% with Frank bring back the old way!
Let me add:
1) The window size not being cusomizable. I love scrolling down for ONE thing.
2) Allow the "referred by" drop box to be permanently selected. (Or make it a check box) Virtually 100% of our referrals are from doctors.
3) Bring BACK the 'add to existing family' button from the select patient screen.
4) Bring BACK the auto Capitalization feature!
5) Put last name FIRST again, Like always has been for everything, ever.
6) Please Please PLEASE fix the awful postal codes situation where you get a pop up window EVERY letter.
