Before one of Dentrix's most recent updates there used to be an option where you could click on the schedule and immediately create a new patient appointment. Then later choose to create a family file with an existing appointment. Ever since this feature has been gone it has made it more difficult to schedule a new patient while on the phone with them. This update has now also created issued with my 3rd party provider whom I use online scheduling and forms for. Please bring back the old way of creating a new patient with an exisiting appointment
