We have seen a steep increase in the amount of Insurance Eligibility downloads in the Document Center and have been informed that these are run daily at increments of every three hours. We have seen multiple downloads for the same patient on a particular day when then takes up so much space in the document center. There should be an option to modify the frequency, or even an opt-out option for those who do not prefer these automatic downloads, to be what the individual practice prefers.
