Do Not Reset Provider Filter in Signature Manager when Opening Empty Day

Recently, the Signature Manager was updated so that filters "stick" between sessions and across a Refresh. Thank you!

However, the Provider filter will automatically be cleared if you open Signature Manager on a day that provider has no appointments or notes.

Specifically: Sometimes I come in on a Friday when we don't schedule patients and open Signature Manager to make sure all my notes for the week are signed.

However, the Signature Manager defaults to "Today" when opening, and if there are no appointments for me on that day, it clears the Provider filter and I need to re-enable it.
