In addition to any other penalties allowed by law, if a person knowingly violates that section by furnishing information regarding this debt to a consumer credit reporting agency, the debt shall be void and unenforceable"
to every past treatment agreement instead of it automatically going in like it does for new treatment plans is mind boggling. It should just update for all treatment plans printed out whether it is newly diagnosed or prior diagnosed. It should updated based on the date you print out the treatment plan and financial agreement, not when the treatment was diagnosed.
