I would like am option for "rejected tx" where the other buttons are for completed, tx plan, existing, existing other provider. Its important to have so that tx does not get deleted but its documented that it was proposed but that patient rejected

It's not exactly what you're requesting, but using the Treatment Planner panel in the Patient Chart you can create a Treatment Plan Case, put those procedures into that Case, and set the Case status as "Rejected". You can then check a box to show or hide Rejected Cases.
