Currently, our perio charts will not update to today's date when we push "SAVE", unless we change a charting measurement. We need them to update to today's date, reflective of the date the patient was in our chair for their appt and when we reassessed measurements, so that when our front office sends perio charts for insurance purposes, they are reflective of the patient's current gum health. There are times a chart looks two years old just because the patient's measurements haven't changed. Dentrix won't even update the save date if we change something like bleeding or no bleeding. That update doesn't even take/save properly and the date certainly doesn't change.
