We have 2 credit card terminals but 5 computer workstations that take payments. The only workstations that can set up payment agreements are ones with terminals. We are all able to take a manual credit card payment so we should also be able to set up a payment plan. It puts a disproportionate amount of work the two staff members that have the terminals.
