i have a patient with #6 in the place of #7 (7 is congenitally missing). "C" is also present in the place of #6. this makes treatment planning (a MIDF FILLING needed on C) through the tooth chart impossible. it must be done "the back way" through the tx plan or tx plan ledger. and then the chart is not visually reflected accurately. it also affects perio charting...
I recommend you allow for us to add a tooth into the tooth chart and put its respective value (with a generic medium sized tooth icon) in ourselves by clicking the blank space next to the adjacent tooth at least, or above it, so we can make the tooth chart look right. you guys update stuff all the time, can you please allow for this? this would also allow a supernumerary tooth to appear appropriately. if you need ideas, call me at 307-797-1401.
