NEED RETURN ENVELOPES BACK! It's ridiculous that they stopped providing this for our patients! Most people don't have envelopes just laying around. Our patients shouldn't have to go out and purchase envelopes to send in payment!
Agreed! I cannot imagine that this is going to be a good decision on Schein's part. This reflects poorly on offices. I've already had a patient tell me that we were "too cheap" to include an envelope. I have to say I would feel the same way. It is absolutely tacky to not include a return envelope. We and other offices pride ourselves on providing outstanding customer service and the appearance of anything that leaves our office is also very important. Come on Schein, please don't cut costs here...bring the envelopes back!
