Adding the DOB as a mandatory thing to fill out on the "enter new patient information" box. The new Dentrix update is requiring a DOB to make a new patient "live" and most of the time when a new patient is quickly being added in it we arent getting the DOB because its not in the "new patient information" box. So adding the DOB to that box would be a super helpful reminder to get the DOB no matter who is scheduling the PT and its a good reminder that we need it!

In the new update we have to go two separate windows to get the New patient info. First page is name, DOB, phone and email (and the changed it to first name then last name, which is not great), and have to go to separate different screen to get mailing address. Please move it back to one screen.
