Right now, when a new pt fills out forms or a pt of record updates their info, the forms come across from Hub 1 as 1 file in the Doc Center. So, the demographics, insurance, medical history, dental history, & consents all default into 1 file folder in the Doc Center. The 2nd page usually has insurance at the top & med history on the bottom of the same page so there's no way to scan those into separate files. I believe YAPI or Weave has the ability to put each page into the appropriately labeled folder instead of everything in 1 file. Would LOVE for Dentrix to be able to do the same.
