Automated confirmations keep changing after patient arrives! Appt. status error!

When a patient arrives, we change the "confirmation area" to white to indicate that the patient has checked in w/ the front desk and the staff in the back can see clearly that the next patient is here and ready to be seated. But, unfortunately when they've confirmed their appointment via Dentrix automated reminders, the appointment color keeps reverting back to the dark blue appointment confirmation color. So, it we don't catch that up front, the staff in the back doesn't know that the next patient has arrived and is ready unless they walk up front. They are used to checking the computer in their operatory for a quick glance to check that. Please change it back so that when we change that, it stays! Thank you!
