Hi I am new to working in the dental field and recently joined my dental practice as the office admin.
I am trying to find a simplified report to contact patients who are due for hygiene and maintenance however, when I print the "broken report list" it is not time efficient due to me having to go into every patient chart to determine if they have in fact came back into office for the "broken appointment. It would be ideal to be able to print a report that catches this to eliminate calling patients who have been rescheduled.
