Dentrix should be more compatible with other patient communications software.
There are different statuses to choose from when editing an appointment, and one of them is the BROKEN status. We are aware of the feature wherein you break an appointment and it is sent to the Unscheduled List, however this means we have to access a whole different window, when we want a way to just view the broke appointments outright, without having to look at a that is harder to contextualize.
Furthermore, when appointments are scheduled, no matter what status they are, it will still notify the patient of their appointment. This defeats the purpose of allowing us to customize/create statuses, we want them to have more of an effect besides just a visual change.
