I am very unsatisfied with the Marketing Campaign on the Dentrix Hub. I have called 3x in the last 2 years and they have not updated any marketing campaigns in FOREVER!! Simply pay a college student for an internship to create multiple campaigns for Memorial Day, Labor Day, July 4th, Closures, Weather Related Closures, ect... it is disturbing that we pay for this service and there have been no updates. Also, we do not have any updated stock photos! I understand that we can create our own but why do I have to spend hours creating campaigns when it should already be in marketing campaign. This is what we pay for.
