The default treatment that appears at a glance on our schedule does not provide sufficient detail for our team to determine the simplicity/complexity of any particular appointment. We are spending a lot of time changing the description so that both admin and clinical team can quickly decipher what is scheduled. For example, the default display for a quad of fillings might read "Resin# 5, Crn Prep# 4, BU# 4, CrnSeat#10, BridgeSea# 7", but our team is painfully editing to "#5-MODB #4 CRN w/ B-UP #10 CRN + #6-8 BRG SEAT" so we can see the actual comp surfaces, bridge units, and in general more detail. Could there be a view preference available that provides specific surfaces rather than just how many surfaces (we need to know if interproximal or not), Tooth # __ CRN or EXT or BU (buildup).
