When there is a image update, You need to give us a choice if we want Smart Image installed or not installed. Having to go to each computer and server to uninstalled it is time consuming and counter productive. Those offices that don't know how to remove it have to contact you or get their IT person to do it for them. If they need to get their IT person to remove it, that is an additional cost to their overhead. With technology, I expect more from Dentrix. This isn't the 1st time I have been disappointed with Dentrix and unfortunately won't be the last time either.
