Would like to see if the Pa's that need teeth numbers or letters for Medicaid to pay the claim out correctly and be set complete from the appointment book and then later put the tooth number or why does the x-ray taken not put the letter or tooth number that was x-rayed. Dentrix said to treatment plan the PA & Additional PA but what if you don't know the tooth # per say?
