When patient is marked as here (green), dentrix's system will glitch and change the patient to unmarked (white). So, then it looks like are patients are not here when they are and it causing delays on getting our patients back.
I have seen this if the patient checks in too early; the system will revert the appointment status back to what it was (maybe because it thinks it was an error?)
