The E-Consent can be a real time saver if used correctly, however, the field entry box is very limited in what it can do.
As a doctor, I want to do as little paper work as possible- if we can allow for special characters (Like bullet points for lists), and also Fillable fields: (Extraction Planned: _______), the consents will save on thousands of papers everyday.
Also, signature needs a Witness field. It is not enough just to have "Doctor Signature" "Patient Signature"
