Hi there. I am just wondering if there is a way to close insurance claims. Our practice is non assignment, I just ran a insurance aging report and its like 6 million dollars. However, we send off for our patients, but we collect fully upfront from out patients. Is there a way to mass close these claims and then fix it so this does not happen again

Open the Ledger for any patient, click on File, then click Close Claims without Assignment of Benefits, this will close any open claim forms. Beware it may take a long time to process if you haven't done this in a while. Hope this helps!
