The Month View of the Appointment Book is not helpful in scheduling the way it is set up. It should display by OPs with the spaces shaded with the providers' colors the way the Weekly View does. The was it is set up now only shows when the time is marked with an X for the provider's time & does not show that there is a person in the provider's room! And heaven forbid a provider is in another OP from their usual one. Not a useful tool how it is currently designed.
