Allow office to reorder adjustment types based on preference, not alphabetical order. Alphabetical is archaic.

It would be very helpful for the unscheduled list to be in alphabetical order.
Alphabetizing staff names in Payroll Report
A option to put treatment in the order we prefer with the option to move items up or down would be amazing. The treatment numbers are not enough and then they get put in a weird order.
It would be nice to have the option to edit the "type" description on the office journal when using it.
