When a user is given password rights to have access to the Office Manager, they will also have the ability to generate patient lists/reports that contain sensitive information that can be used for nefarious purposes. We tried to disable rights to printing things from the batch processor altogether, but we still need our staff members to preview and print things they are allowed to.
We have already gone through the list of password rights, but the configurations we try either still allow access to these reports or are too restrictive, making daily tasks more tedious.
We want more categories and permission rights to be added, to make the list more precise and comprehensive. e.g. add permissions for Patient List and Patient Report (by filters.)
The ability to print/preview an item from the list manager should also be separated, so one could preview a document without being able to print it
