We need clarification on the following- Exam information - Bone Defect - the word WELLS -I believe it should be WALLS (1 wall defect, 2 wall, etc). This should be clarified in the Dentrix help - perio chart page. Also, under Health, Diseases, and Conditions - there is only Perio and Gum health, Gingivitis biofilm induced , and Gingival condition biofilm induced - NO option for Periodontitis biofilm induced.
