remove quantity line on ins. claims. Have each procedure have it's own line. Ins. co. keep missing quantity when more than one procedure of same CDT Code is used. Therefore, payment is shorted and we have to resubmit for overlooked quantity of billed charges

It would cut down on administrative work.   When there is an oversight on billing submission, claims get paid incorrectly and we have to resubmit claim for additional payment (insurance processors are not seeing the quantity).  This happens a lot with D0230
