Please change the font that appears on documents such as Explanation of Benefits and Predeterminations to make them easier to read. It is too narrow and difficult to read, sometimes looking like the letters are stuck together and sometimes patients complain at trying to read it when we are explaining to them their benefits. One also complained that their claim was rejected by their insurance at being unable to read it.
