We are noticing an issue with the day sheets. When I run the report for chronological day sheet, the patient's procedure codes are all mixed up even though the codes were all completed at the same time. When I run the alphabetical day sheet, the patient's codes are all together, but not in chronological order. It would be great if we can mesh these two days sheets together so that the codes will populate chronologically and the codes will be all in one place for the corresponding patient instead of having to search for one code that isn't near the rest of the patient's codes.
