Dentrix Ideas

The look, feel and function of Dentrix is very very very outdated. As a user of many PMS systems this is the most antiquated one out there. You can't properly post a bulk payment because of the ability to have the carrier in there multiple different ways. You cannot enter a take back from the insurance allowing you to properly balance your books and compare to your bank account. Family ledgers are impossible and all intermingled (they need to be separated better) so there can't be a family balance due to a person that is inactive on a family account and not know where the heck the balance is actually coming from. This whole having to add a person more than once as a policy holder for those that hold insurance for people over 18 is ridiculous you should be able search for existing policy holders. Lastly the look of your system looks like it comes from a dot matrix printer era.
