We have had a few different scanners and only have trouble with it freezing Dentrix Document center when scanning Eobs, health history, DL directly into the document center. Please work on this issue. I must reboot daily 5 times a day at least. Control Alt Delete doesn't work to unfreeze it like it did in the past.
