you need to change format of your billing statments.you start the balance forward with a credit if person had insurance adjustments which confuses them. why can you not attached the charges insurance payments and insurance adjustments in order like the ledger showws it to be.. we recieve numerous calls from our patients confused how the format of your quick bill.
