List group / subgroup numbers on Insurance Eligibility report. Many employers offer options for policies with differing group or subgroup numbers. Without these being listed it is hard to match the Eligibility Report to what we have entered into our system. The reports from eCentral always listed the group number, but the newest updated reports do not.
