We see about 170-200 patients a day and we have some of those patients that were here in 2023 and had a treatment plan set up. I noticed that the fees do not automatically update, so we have to go into every patient and update case by case. It would be amazing if we had something that would automatically update those fees and if a pt doesn't have insurance, it would update our fees for the current year.

There is already a feature in the Treatment Planner module that does this. The icon looks like a dollar sign above a green up arrow and is called "Update Treatment Plan Fees". This can be done for the current patient, or many patients based on a handful of available filters.
In the Patient Chart, the Treatment Planner module icon is next to the Perio Chart icon (and note that it is different than the "Treatment Manager").
We run this every time we update our office fee schedule.
That said, while this functionality already exists, I do think it would make sense to have it available from either the Ledger or Office Manager without having to go two modules deep to find it.
