THE SEARCH SCREEN NO LONGER HIGHLIGHTS THE "SEARCH" FIELD. IT NOW TAKES LONGER TO SEARCH FOR PATIENTS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO LIFT YOUR HAND OFF THE KEYBOARD AND USE THE MOUSE TO HIGHLIGHT THE FIELD BEFORE YOU CAN TYPE IN THE NEXT PATIENT'S NAME/INFO. THE FIX: CHANGE IT BACK!!!!
This issue was resolved yesterday. If you are still having issues, please reboot the server to ensure the fixes have taken place.
I echo everyone else. This latest update messed up the patient search function terribly! I type in the entire last name of the patient and it doesn't even highlight the correct name! This needs to be fixed ASAP!!!
I agree!!! Please make the cursor default at the name on patient look up!!!!! What a waste of time to have to remove our hands from the keyboard to click the mouse. Please put this back to the way it was immediately!!!!!
Search criteria does not even look for patient in alphabetical order, you have to type the exact name in order to find patient. There is ZERO smart search!!!!
Diddo !!!~~ this new update is horrid ! I have worked with Dentrix for over 20 years this one with finding a pt is the worst I have ever seen !!!
PS. STOP UPDATING CRAP THAT ISN'T BROKEN!!!! IT IS AN EXTREME WASTE OF TIME AND RESOURCES TO HAVE PEOPLE DEVOTED TO DECONSTRUCTING THE SOFTWARE.
