I have now spoken with 3 dentrix speccialists and we do not have a resolution other than the response that Dentrix is flawed. I have a patient that pre paid 28,000 for treatment. she then canceled treatment a few weeks later resulting in a charge adjustment to her ledger to refund the patient. the adjusted production at the end of the month added the 28,000 to production...we did not produce it and if the provider was paid on production, he would have been paid for services not rendered. Please, Please fix this or explain it in a way that makes sense. Thank you so much
