Fix the Delta Dental of MN electronic claims so they process. The new exchange and Vyne are not working with Delta Dental of MN. Dentrix support tells me that we just need to change the Payor ID to 06126. That just sends them to paper. It does not help us get the claims processed or add the attachments to them. So far I have manually entered 86 claims that Delta Dental of MN has not received on their toolkit in order to get my claims paid. These claims are from 4/10/24 - 5/2/24 and I am only a little over halfway through my outstanding Delta Dental of MN claims.
