Currently, when clicking Refresh in Signature Manager, it maintains the selected date range, but clears the selected filters (Signed status, Provider, etc).
It would be helpful to keep the selected filters when clicking Refresh.
For instance, when checking my own notes that need signing, I select the date range, select Unsigned and Missing, and my own provider ID. After finishing a few notes, I click refresh and have to go back and re-select Unsigned, Missing, and my ID again to get back to my list.
