Need more help when calling support

Called back after waiting over an hour for a tech (was told 15-min wait time btw). Doctor said to call back and escalate because we can't tie our patient line up for that long. Kiki from Dentrix stated it's still over an hour wait time (let her know that's totally unacceptable and she said you're backed up) and if she escalates it, it will be 24-48 hours. HUH? Let her know that's not even common sense and it's time for a new dental software in our practice. Will let doctor know to stop paying for tech support with your company because it's just useless.
