Diagnostic codes are attached automatically to insurance pre-treatment estimates in Easy Dental - they should automatically attach in Dentrix as well. Instead, diagnostic codes have to be manually attached to pre-treatment estimates in Dentrix which is inconvenient and time-consuming. It is just as important, if not more important, for diagnostic codes to be submitted on a pre-treatment estimate, because the diagnostic code may help determine if the proposed procedure is approved.
