The current report allows us to see all changes in the patients appointment except this critical one. It will help us distinguish chronic abusers of appointments and help train administrators who are not skilled in redirecting those appointments.

Although there is a not a specific category on the appointment list for "Broken" appointments, they are still listed under the unscheduled list, which is where they are sent to when broken.
