The enhancement to allow us to select insurance subscribers from outside of the currently selected family is an appreciated feature. We have started using this. I attempted to run the report to show all subscribers and members associated with a particular insurance (Office Manager>Reports>Reference>Insurance Carrier List). I asked to "Included All Insured Patients". Only the patients that are on the same family file have been identified. Please update this report to include all members that are on an external family.
