It would be really helpful if there was at least the OPTION to make Treatment Plan Case Notes a system wide setting, rather than a workstation setting. It seems like anytime Dentrix updates (and sometimes for no reason at all) the default case note on some or all computers gets removed or changed. And it's really time consuming to go around to all of our workstations and reset the default case note. We use this note to reiterate our insurance & financial policies, making it a really crucial piece of information. Having the option to make this a system wide setting would mean we'd only ever need to check one workstation.
