Add the feature where Dentist and generate the Referral itself, write their notes and sign beneathe and it goes automatically to the document centre. So, that the staff can just email it to the respective office directly.

I have been working in the industry from last 5 years, believe me. Everywhere I have worked so far, it such a time consuming task and frustrating.
