Is there a view or report that we can use to see a patient's history of counted missed appointments with each date of every missed appointment? As of right now, we are having to go back through the ledger history to see each specific date. We can only view on the patient's Family File the most only recent date of the last missed appointment and the total number of missed appointments instead of the list of every missed appointment along with the dates. If there's an option to get a details listed through reports or a different patient history view on their chart, that would be helpful for tracking any patients that may deny ever missing any appointments in the past.
