for FSA purposes patients have us print a walk out statement with codes and fees but they do not include the payment and if I do a regular billing statement it shows the whole family and they prefer not to include that. Please add a report that we can print after the date of service that will include office information , codes, services, fees, payments and estimated insurance per individual on the account per service date.
