A patient has multiple treatment plans (1 immediate-red, 1 optional-green, 1 eventual- yellow for example) and calls to schedule "the next appointment" but the front desk sees a list with 3 plans that all show Visit 1. If the appointment box indicated the same "stoplight status" as the chart/tx planner it would save time for the team members scheduling the appointment and leave less room for error. The only option now is to include the status in the Tx plan name but you are already limited on characters. - (we incl appt time and deposit amt if required)
